NCCC Group of Companies is set to open the tenant stores at the ground level of NCCC Mall Ma-a in October this year.
“We are looking at October this year to open the ground floor tenants of NCCC Mall Ma-a, and in December, it will be the tenants in the upper level,” NCCC Malls Marketing Manager Alice Romero said during The Business Brief at NCCC Mall VP’s Ahfat Seafood Plaza.
Romero said tenants that will be opening their doors to the public on the mall’s ground level in October include Jollibee, Dairy Queen, and Kenny Rogers.
She said there will be about 60 to 80 tenants on the ground floor.
NCCC Mall Ma-a will house a total of 200 tenants, including the business units of NCCC Group of Companies.
Currently, only the supermarket operates on the ground floor.
The NCCC Group of Companies opened the NCCC Supermarket at NCCC Mall Ma-a on December 20, 2024.
NCCC Mall Ma-a has a gross floor area of approximately 57,044.01 square meters and a total gross leasable area of approximately 38,574.40 square meters, which will house retailers, recreational facilities, food courts, and anchor brands.
The four-storey mall plus a level parking basement will carry amenities that will give comfort to the customer, such as three passenger lift lobbies, four passenger elevators, four service elevators, 15 sets of escalators, and one set of walkalators.
Apart from the expansive atrium, the mall will carry the biggest recreational and entertainment facility in Mindanao, namely Play Planet, with over 1,000 square meters of interactive and educational playground, play simulations, and arcade.
The roof deck, or The Nook, will provide a view of Davao’s skyline, Alfresco softscape garden, food court, cafes, chapel, and dog park.
