The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) announced that all individuals included in the city’s Top 10 Most Wanted Persons list for April and May 2026 have been successfully arrested through intensified police operations.
The DCPO said the accomplishment was achieved under the leadership of City Director Col. Peter Bauzon Madria through strengthened intelligence gathering, coordinated manhunt operations, teamwork among police units, and support from the community.
Authorities said the arrested individuals were facing charges for serious offenses such as murder, rape, robbery, carnapping, arson, lascivious conduct, and violations of special laws.
Madria said the accomplishment reflects the commitment of the police force to ensure that offenders are brought before the law.
He added that the successful operations also serve as a strong warning against criminality in Davao City.
According to Madria, the campaign goes beyond the arrest of wanted persons, stressing that its main objective is to create safer communities and provide residents with a peaceful environment free from fear.
The DCPO likewise credited the success of the operations to the continued cooperation among police units, other law enforcement agencies, and the public.
Police authorities assured residents that operations against wanted persons and other forms of criminal activity will continue as part of efforts to keep Davao City among the safest cities in the country.
