The Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) has reported significant strides in its law enforcement efforts between August 26 and October 13, 2025, under the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Focused Agenda and the banner of “Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas—Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”
Brigadier General Joseph Arguelles, PRO 11 regional director, said the unit carried out a total of 1,483 successful operations during the period, made possible through the Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) strategy.
Among the highlights were 533 anti-illegal drug operations, the capture of 162 Most Wanted Persons, 112 Top Most Wanted individuals, and 313 other wanted suspects. The office also conducted 193 operations against illegal gambling, 151 against loose firearms, 13 operations targeting carnapped vehicles, and six anti-smuggling missions.
“These results show our unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and public safety across the region,” Arguelles said.
As part of its intensified anti-narcotics campaign, PRO 11 arrested 597 drug suspects, including 102 High-Value Individuals (HVIs) and 495 Street-Level Individuals (SLIs).
The operations led to the seizure of:
• 3,448 grams of shabu (estimated at P23.4 million)
• 38,356 grams of marijuana (valued at P4.6 million)
• 215 marijuana plants
• 62 milliliters of marijuana oil
• 96 ecstasy tablets
The total estimated street value of confiscated illegal drugs reached P28.2 million, based on Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) valuations.
A major intelligence-led operation also led to the arrest of two HVIs and the confiscation of over P1.5 million worth of illegal drugs, Arguelles added.
In parallel, PRO 11’s six anti-smuggling operations netted seven arrests and P2.24 million worth of smuggled goods, demonstrating strong support for the national government’s crackdown on illicit trade and efforts to protect local industries.
Arguelles credited these achievements to the dedication, discipline, and professionalism of PRO 11 personnel. He emphasized that their performance reflects the core pillars of the PNP’s Focused Agenda—morale, welfare, resource management, and operational readiness.
“These accomplishments reflect our strong alignment with the directives of our acting Chief, PNP, and our steadfast values of service, integrity, and professionalism,” he said.
